Hello, my name is Champ! I am a top-notch, male Shar-Pei born in 2011 and I am a middleweight contender at 41 pounds. I've got those adorable wrinkles you humans love, and a thick fawn-colored coat.
We Shar-Peis are very unique and were once nearly extinct as a breed. We were descended from Mastiff and spitz-type dogs in China. Please don't laugh at my grandfather's face...it's a face you can grow to love!
I came to the MaxFund after my original owner was no longer able to care for me. Now, I'm looking for someone who wants a lifelong champion and companion who can also appreciate my good looks. I keep my space clean and neat, so it is safe to say I am housetrained. I am quiet, (except for the little snuffly sounds we Shar-Pei's make when happy!)
I am easy-going, easy to walk, and easy to love. I am a sweetheart and I would be so excited to meet you and your whole family! I am a good boy who gets along just fine with just about everyone, especially my adoring fans, but it's always best to bring in any other fur babies to meet me.
