How's it going? My name is Bert and I am a handsome shepherd mix with a black coat and smile that really stands out. I came to the MaxFund as a transfer from Texas.
Colorado is beautiful, especially in the Spring! The only thing that would make this experience better would be a loving home.I am a sweet dog who enjoys things like hikes, walks, runs... and playing in the yard, of course. I also am fond of treats (but who isn't?)
My absolute favorite thing are car rides. I love to look out the window and see all the amazing sights pass by. I am not sure how I am with other dogs, so a meet and greet can certainly be arranged. I have never been around cats, that I know of. We can always do a cat test to make sure that I don't bother your feline companions.
I would be pleased to meet your whole family. I can be a little iffy around men, so I might like a home with only women. I also would like a home with older children, I can be sensitive and might get overwhelmed by little kiddos.
