Andrew was injured in a skiing accident and sustained a traumatic brain injury. Following stabilization, Andrew came to Craig for his rehab and learned how to do things that once came naturally. He was visited by therapy animals during his stay and knew that when he graduated, he wanted to certify his dog Señor as a therapy dog. He and Señor visit with Craig patients weekly.
Tommy (from Berkeley, CA), on August 18, 2017 was involved in a mountain biking accident in Portland, Oregon. He suffered a spinal cord injury and was initially paralyzed from the chest down. He is currently at Craig doing outpatient therapy.
